How to report
- Write to us with a description, reproduction steps and estimated impact.
- Encrypt the message if you can; if not, send it anyway: speed first.
- Give us room to fix it before going public.
- Do not access other accounts nor download more data than needed to prove it.
Our commitment
We acknowledge within 72 working hours and keep you posted until closure. Good-faith research following these steps will not lead to legal action on our part.
